OSS Driver, Commercial (On-Site Support Driver)

  • Top-tier hourly pay with real upside. Earn $39/hour on a 4-on / 4-off rotating schedule (12-hour shifts), averaging $7,100/month or $86,000 annually.*
  • Be on the front line of autonomy. Work directly with AI-powered, self-driving trucks, supporting live commercial operations and helping bring next-generation technology into the real world.
  • Local routes, mission-critical work. Operate 100% local in the Permian Basin, hauling sand while ensuring fleet uptime, safety, and performance in active customer environments.
  • Hands-on role in advanced operations. Respond to live dispatches, support autonomous truck recovery, staging, and repositioning, and operate CMVs and support assets in high-impact scenarios.
  • Work with elite teams solving real problems. Collaborate with engineers, operators, and field teams to continuously improve safety, efficiency, and system performance.
